Chest, triceps, and shoulders. Todays workout went well despite the huge amount of pushups. Some of my weights were off, so I need to get that down. I went to failure on the pushups. I got to the last set and could do no more. I hate that. I liek to do at least one.

I ate well, the new high carb thing is new for me so I am adjusting. I am also eating an extra snack each day to keep up my coule extra calories.
