I know this has been working for Del, so I'm going to give it a shot as well. I would appreciate productive critiques on this because I'd really like to get the ball rolling on this novel. I've been working it and re-working it for more than 10 years now, and because I'm such a perfectionist with my work, I'm never convinced its good enough

Historiography is the study of how historians write history *waits for the snoring to stop* Yeah...it's pretty heavy and dry, but might as well get it over with. Plus I'm a little daunted after my undergrade historiography class experience (which I may or may not have recounted) so wish me luck.

I 'might' be coming to the states in the spring. If something better doesn't open up here soon (meaning a job teaching full time in DoDDS), then I'll probably be heading back stateside in the spring to try and get some interviews done with schools in Mass. Maybe Conn as well if I can navigate the red tape and get all my requirements in. Given that EVERYONE has been demanding my attendence in about 10 different states (CA to FL), and if I hope to make everyone happy, it might be an extended 3 week venture. If that's the case, I will most definatly swing through PA and wave to you. Okay, maybe squeeze in a breath or two with a cup of coffee. Given the political atmosphere that starting to bubble up here, I might have a lot more free time than that as in out of a job, as in the base closing. It's long and annoying. I really hate childish politics.
