He was a pain in my ass. He was losing his mind and never listened to anything I had to say even if it was in his best interest. I'd often wish for a way to keep him bound to home... because the thought of him wandering around town disoriented and defenseless was scary. He thought it was about control issues and taking away his freedom. From his point of view maybe it was but he also forgot his things like where he was and what he was doing. Now he's too weak to walk. And I hate myself for ever thinking that.
