I was going to write a long post about my job interview, but I mostly facebooked the issue. I interviewed for a job at OGC, reluctantly because I like what I do, where I do it, for the same money. Reasons were told to all, then announced as secret so I'm on the down-low about why

Sorry LJ is not doing it for you. I have made a bunch of new connections but the Soviet Connection doesn't make me too happy either.

A bunch of people seem to be either migrating to Dreamwidth or setting it up as a backup plan in case things here go completely south. I upgraded to a paid account there and have started linking to my LJ friends who are there too, just in case.

Dreamwidth seems to be where people are going - if I make that jump I'll post info here no doubt. I do run occasional backups of this site.
