This morning:
I canned 2 varieties of pickled beets (one with cider viniger, cloves, tumeric, allspice, bay leaves and sugar, and one with blackberry balsamic, apples and rosemary)
lunch:
fresh home made flax bread sandwiches with fresh garden tomatos, lemon cucumbers, onions, old cheddar and home made pickles.
dinner tonight?
Slow cooked bison short ribs with strong coffee, wild blueberries, garlic, onions and cinnimon!
I'll probably just do simple grilled corn with it and maybe some nice fresh green beans.
