Some of the first pages I've completed

Mar 24, 2009 23:38

As you guys know, I'm designing an entire literary magazine for my editing and design class. It's a lot of work, and I've spent about six hours on it today. I've got a rough cover design, that I'm not sure I really like, so I'm still working on that. A letter from the editor page, the rough table of contents page (which obviously won't be completed until all of the other pages are done), and I'm almost completely done with the first literary piece. The only thing missing is the photograph and the sidebar information. And the final editing of course. Here's a look at the first story.

Please keep in mind these are just JPGs of the Adobe InDesign pages. They won't be as clear or neat or nice as the original files. Plus, they aren't at 100% resolution, so just go with it.

Note: The first two pages are meant to be facing each other in the magazine. The third page is last page of the story. And the fourth image is the letter from the editor page.
