I just watched Friday's Battlestar Galactica.
I loved that this was a Kara-centric episode. I've been missing my favorite character, and I really love getting into this whole Kara mythology. She has a destiny! Like Buffy! She can come back from the dead! Like Buffy! She is blond and kicks ass! Like Buffy! Haha.
But seriously. Obviously Daniel was Kara's father. So he procreated with a human, Kara's mother, and Kara is the result. So Kara's half-cylon. Hera is the SECOND half-cylon. Did I just crack the whole mystery? Haha.
Also, I called that the guy wasn't really there and that it was a projection of her father. Oh, BSG writers, you cannot fool me! I am a legendary television watcher. It takes a lot to get things by me.
And I'll admit, you kinda had Boomer by me. She even played me. And I hate that. I always loved Boomer/Tyrol, so I got all giddy. And while she did use Tyrol, I think she genuinely meant that she loved him and did those things. But she had her mission to get Hera and she had to use Tyrol for it. Stupid Boomer! If only she had been left in the brig! Roslin!!!!!
But the Helo/Boomer sex scene was hot. Poor Athena having to watch, even if she was barely with it, from the locker. I hope Athena kills Boomer. That's three strikes now, so she is out.
She shot Adama.
She used Tyrol.
She hurt Athena.
She took Hera.
Okay, so that's four strikes, but seriously. NOT FUCKING COOL.
Can I also say that I love the BFF relationship of Kara and Helo, and we need more of it. Can we also have more Lee Adama please? PLEASE?
Also, can Anders please wake up now? PLEASE? And preferably with a nice head of hair?
I haven't seen Dollhouse episode 2 or 3 yet. I am really pissed about this, and after my midterm on Wednesday, I'm going to get caught up.
My spring break starts on Friday at 2 PM, so I am really looking forward to a week of relaxing and watching television.
