James Marsters joins the cast of Smallville! OMG
James Marsters (aka Spike on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel) will be joining the cast of WB's Smallville this fall as college professor Milton Fine, aka the alter ego of Brainiac, one of Superman's greatest and most formidable villains. Says a WB rep, "Brainiac's presence in Smallville will have a devastating effect on Clark and Lex's already deteriorating friendship." Marsters' run is slated for six episodes. Hey, does Lois Lane need another sister, perhaps played by Sarah Michelle Gellar? (from TVGuide.com)

Anyways, I know I haven't been around lately. After my Gavin post, I just took an unintentional hiatus. I didn't have much to say I guess. But I did read most of your entries so I wouldn't be too far behind on my flist. I didn't really comment though. I was going to scan my Gavin autograph but I'm a lazy girl. Sorry. (Not like you guys even cared...right?)
Thanks again to chadwinrules for recommending I listen to Jason Mraz, because I've been listening to him for the past 4 days. And so that leads me to Ashley (divine_dreams. Thanks for sending me those songs. :) You're the best.
I've 3 movies in the past 3 days.
Thursday : Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (with Saba)
Friday : The Island (with Ari)
Saturday : Wedding Crashers (with Amanda)
And I really recommend Wedding Crashers. I want to go see it again. I haven't laughed that hard in a movie in a really long time. Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn are great. I think part of the reason it was so great was because its a funny comedy thats rated R. You can't do that with a PG-13 movie anymore. Have laughs that great. I've always loved Owen Wilson. And I normally like Vince Vaughn too.
I don't really have much else to say. I've just been working, seeing movies, and enjoying my last month before college. I move in in exactly one months time. Needless to say, I'm excited, nervous and anxious all at once. It kind of makes me a spaz.
I went shopping for my dorm. I've got my bedding (a black comforter and bright orange sheets). I've got a rug, my lamps (that I'm bringing from home), all my shower-type stuff, my hangers, a new pillow and my plates, bowls, and mugs. All that type of stuff. I'm waiting until I see the dorm to buy the organizational stuff for my wardrobe and desk and stuff. My mom is angry because none of my stuff in my room matches.
I've been watching Gilmore Girls like mad. But not necessarily entire episodes. Just my favorite parts of some and full episodes of others. (Of course I'm normally just watching the Jess moments that I love). I'm a nerd.
But right now I have to go pick up my grandparents. I'll try and not stay away for long this time.
