Nala's magic is pretty strong. You can't revive people with it, but you can heal wounds and broken bones, as well as most poisons. It doesn't fix bloodloss, though.
Would you say it has the strength of a Cure or of a Curaga? If her powers do little more than my own magic, I might decide to try and contact another instead.

You're probably better off with your own healing magic, though I don't see the harm in contacting Nala just because. Maybe Kipinn? He teaches wind magic, and he's one of Kain's favorites.
