I've been concerned about them since 2006, their motives are amazingly unknown.

Yes. I can't believe what goes on there (at least the little that is known is SO horrific). In light of those 2 American reporters being sent to 12 years in labour camps, I've been reading up more on what goes on in North Korea and it's so heartbreaking.

Nah, not so much. The plight of its people (and those reporters) is an internal affair, which I care not for, and as for its sabre-rattling and war-threatening, I see it as posturing and nothing more. North Korea is trying to be scary, but is really just full of stupid.

I'm more so worried because I saw an article (among many recently) where NK said it would take offensive action against anyone trying to sanction them (ie: what the USA is trying find a way to do). It was from a day or two ago and is the first time they officially stated they would take offensive (rather than defensive) action.
