Okay, I'm finally taking time out of my chaotic schedule to write a quick update.

Let's see. Life is hectic. I am constantly running from one thing to another with no time in between. I'm working 15+ hours at the Jorg a week. We're very shorthanded due to losing Jess & Elaine this year. Also, Jen works two less days a week. It's crazy. The phone calls never end and the line at the window is always out and around the corner. Classes are going well but they're also a hassle. I'm actually taking 5 full legit classes this semester. One of which is writing intensive. I already had two papers due yesterday. And another one to write this weekend. Even at 8AM, Sociology is my favorite class. Everything we talk about is so relevant & interesting. And my professor is awesome. I already had to meet with her to discuss a paper. & ended up discussing the lack of decoration in her office and shoes. I definitely think I'm going to have a future with social sciences. The downside to taking 3 social science classes this semester is that they're all overlapping with the information. Which confuses me because I can't remember what I've taken notes on, what I've read, and what I've heard in lectures.

Also, I joined Goal Patrol this year. Which is by far the best club on campus. It also takes up a lot of my time because I'm usually running straight from work to the meetings and then the games. The perks of being in Goal Patrol are pretty sweet too. Pre-games = free pizza, wings, and drinks. At last night's pre-game we got free Goal Patrol tshirts, free UConn soccer hats, hand clappers, and a soccer booklet. Not to mention free admission to all of the Men's soccer games. Our team is awesome, we're currently undefeated. And I LOVE the energy of Goal Patrol...we scream, chant, and cheer for every minute of the games. The group is growing tremendously. There are like 300 members this year. And we're famous too. Apparently, socceramerica.com wrote an article about Goal Patrol being UConn's secret weapon. That we are the best fans of men's college soccer. Pretty damn sweet if I do say so myself.

And that's about it. Work, Classes, Soccer. I'm off to get some work done. My to-do list for this weekend alone is a full page long. OY!
