Thank the Lord for such a gorgeous weekend. This is the weather we've all been waiting for. I was outside for an hour yesterday and now I have a short sleeve tan mark. Not cool. I will be spending the lovely afternoon evening that tan out. I need to gain my brown status back.
School is so close to being over. One exam, two books, three finals, & a ten page paper stand between me and summer. The summer plans are looking hella good. Possible Yankee game with the girls (despite my love for the Red Sox). Ocean City, Maryland. A date with old friends. Kenny Chesney & Sugarland at Meadows (actually, that's September 1st & I'll already have been back at school but still...SUMMER!). Boogie boarding galore. Numerous parties, I'm sure. Tanning until I am black. Oh man, I love summer.
In other news, I am sad that I am missing Spring Weekend due to gimp status. However, I have apparently been more buzzed at home this weekend than some of my friends at Spring Weekend. Anyway, I have decided that I am going to go double hardcore next year to make up for this year. Sounds like a good plan to me.
Let's see, what else...OH! I am on my way to walking. I'm allowed to put pressure down and can basically regulate my own recovery. And thank the Lord, I am not doing a lot of PT sessions. He said a couple times should be sufficient and then I can do the rest at home. Woo boy. That is a relief!
Okay, I have my coyote ugly tank top on & I'm ready to hit the outdoors. Oh, well maybe I'll eat some breakfast first. Enjoy this gorgeous weekend my loves!
