Just got back from New York City with Anna, Tyler, Cam, and Kat. It was amazing. Kat's mom bought us a hotel room for her birthday. It was supposed to have two beds for the five of us, but they screwed up, so we had five people in a room smaller than a dorm room. We slept three to a bed with two on the floor on a pad. We ended up getting a free night and a reduced night on the other one after much complaining. Never stay at the Mayfair New York. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.

We:
-drove down to New Haven, CT in a snowstorm
-took the train to NYC
-walked 10 blocks with our luggage to our hotel
-saw Harry Potter on IMAX
-ate at the Stardust Diner where aspiring actors sang to us
-shopped 5th Ave
-froze our asses off at the Today Show
-saw Ground Zero
-ate an amazing Italian meal in Little Italy
-got Christmas gifts
-got lost in the Subway
-were accosted by someone asking for donations to a Food Bank
-experienced 100mph on the highway
-got our cars towed
-got charged $65 for them to be moved a quarter mile

All in all a good weekend, although one of the most stressful of my life. So many awful things happened, but to me, they don't seem all that bad. This was my third trip to New York and by far the best. We could do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. We didn't have any schedule to go by, other than the train schedule to New Haven. We all got pissed at each other at times. I also got to know everyone a little better.

But we all come back to a crapload of work. I have a Case History and an Anatomy Lab exam tommorrow, precal homework due, and I haven't even looked at the homework problems for the Chem test on Wednesday. At least I get to go home in a week and a half.
