On Maroon 5, Wii and my cousins

So my sister and I got to see Maroon 5 in San Diego this past weekend. Freakin A! Phantom Planet and The Hives opened for them and they were really good too. I also loved that the 3 bands kept playing pranks on each other because it's their last show in California. For example, while Phantom Planet was performing "California", a scene from the OC suddenly started playing on the two big screens. On the Hives set, while they paused in a section of "Hate to Say I Told You So" (a normal "tease" part of the song"), Phantom Planet and Maroon 5 came out and started covering them in silly string!!! Soooo funny... as for Maroon 5, while they were doing the crazy drum sequence at the beginning of the encore (which they do at every show), Phantom Planet and The Hives came out with drums and guitars and just joined in. You can see that the M5 guys were so shocked but they kept on playing... it was amazing... lol Maroon 5 also changed up the last song of the encore from "The Sweetest Goodbye" to "Back at Your Door" (a song they said they have never performed live during the tour). Pretty awesome...

I still can't believe that I've actually seen them twice already... on Jimmy Kimmel (where I was UBER close to them) and a full concert in San Diego (I was still close, but not as close as in Jimmy Kimmel. I'm so happy. Maroon 5 makes me happy. :D lol I took videos and pictures and they are posted on my multiply account if you wanna look... http://biyah.multiply.com

I warn you,though... My sister and I were screaming and singing along on the videos and they're kinda shaky because I couldn't help but dance along with the music. Can you blame me??

By the way, on the "She Will Be Loved" clip, it is NOT me and my sister who are butchering the song but the two girls beside my sister. bleh...

After coming back from San Diego, my sister and I came home to a packed house. My relatives from Chicago came over for my grandma's birthday!! It was definitely loud and sometimes stressful, but it was definitely fun. I really did miss my cousins. Especially those I haven't seen in 5++ years... To add to that, my cousin Catherine brought over her Nintendo Wii. I've been trying to convince my parents to get one to no avail. I just decided to get one with my own money. But after this weekend, they want one too! My parents loved the Wii Sports... and so did I!

Now, only if we can find a store who has the Wiis in stock! haha! Oh well, I figured we probably wont be able to get one until next year. Demand for the Wii is CRAZY and I really doubt that I can fight off these other nintendo fanatics... good luck to me!
