MySpazz
mySpazz is a funny thing somehow. Today I lost 1 (in words: one) friend there and it almost freaked me out. Not because I lost an oh-so-precious mySpazz friend, but because I wasn't able (of course) to figure out who it could have been. It's no wonder actually, because of the 669 "friends" I know maybe ... urm ... 60? 80? 20? and even those are not friends or people I really know, but people I met maybe once or sth like that. The real friends are like in real life, which means I have enough fingers to count them.
I guess what makes me wonder right now is that I don't understand why I tried to figure out who kicked me of their friend list (or got kicked off myspace, who knows?). It definitley wasn't someone I could care about, because my Top Friends are still the same. How can I be sure about that? Tom didn't show up. haha
This leads up to the question again, why do I have around 600 people (and bands) in a list that I don't really care about? Well, that's an easy one: For publicity. Not so much for my own (wanna be famooooouuuuus *cry* :P), but for my music projects. I just write one little bulletin message and 670 people get it, come on, that's amazing. The downside is, anyone getting it with 200 or more friends will see the message in the list for about 5 mins, but whatever ...
Btw, I add everyone, I couldn't care less actually. Well unless it's something really stupid. I was thinking about creating a private profile for my real friends for a while, but what for? Maintaining two accounts is just more work. And having a seperate list of people that I actually know is no problem, so ...

For quite a while now I thought so. Just log on to a forum of your choice and look around. Yess, I do know that bulletin boards are trolls heaven, but still, look around. Look for the post of the guy who is asking for help about how he should wipe his ass. No joke actually, I came a across a post like that. Others are where to buy a t-shirt (not a specific one, just A t-shirt) and "Do I have to buy wheels for a skateboard?" ... um, you're kidding, right? There are lots more, just grab a bottle of your favourite booze and enjoy a night of mindless question all over teh interwebs. Okay, at 3am and 2 bottles down you'll register in one of those forums and ask silly questions using lolspeekz, but that's part of the fun.
So until recently I was the opinion that it's the bad bad internet making them stupid. I always thought having a databse like this is the best thing ever (I still think it is), because you don't have to spend so much time storing useless information in your brain, you just have to learn how too search for it. Which menas more brain-time for solving problems (and I do not mean how to wipe one's ass ... although there are a lot of different ways how to do it), but apparently having all the information and tons of wise asses makes people too lazy to search for themselves.
Until recently? Yes, I discovered people reach the same level of awesome stupidity in real life, too. The fact that it took me some time to realize this makes me wonder whether I should leave the house more often.
Batch maipulate pictures?
Umm, because I was just ranting about people just asking questions instead of searching ... does anyone know a good software to batch manipulate pictures? Resize, brightness, contrast and shit like that? Can you actually do that with photoshop?
Background is that I still didn't find the USB cable for my camera, so I bought a new card reader and now I'm facing around 150-200 (didn't count them) photos from WGT and I am too lazy (and too old) to edit every picture individually.
Oh yeah, WGT was a blast, write more later, I'm too lazy now ... off to bed I goez
CONCLUSION: Teh Interwebz not maketh duhm, just läzy - all you english speaking people hate me now for the awesomeness of having Umlaute on the keyboard, haha :P ... oh yeah, the plural of Umlaut is Umlaute, not Umlauts! ... sayz the girl from germany, the country where we murder every language we get a hold of.
Oh yeah, if that much text without a lj-cut already like totally fucks up your friends page, join a forum and complain about it!
