whitman hates christmas.
"There is seriously nothing more pitiful than the feeling you get when someone is nice enough to think of you and get's you something when you didnt get them anything. At first you feel all warm inside because they got you something, but then you're like well shit... The worst part is that the look on your face when they hand it to you will indicate whether or not you got them anything. At that one moment they KNOW you have that feeling, and you know they know that. Then their mouth says "no really, it's ok!"while their mind says "well god damnit why DIDNT you get me anything" But they don't say it out of pity because they know how bad you feel.
I mean let's remember why Christmas was invented. Jesus didn't HAVE to come over on the Mayflower and kill all of those Mexicans that we're living in America at the time, but he did. And I don't think we should celebrate that the way we do. Now all of the Mexicans that we drove out of the country stare over the border with jealousy and sadness and...a little bit of some disease they got from a rat.Well you know what behind those big glassy bloodshot Mexican eyes is a person that wishes THEY could happily unwrap presents on Christmas day and eat Christmas feasts. But we don't care. All we want to do is selfishly celebrate when Jesus turned sticks into guns and pilliaged countless villiages and raped countless women and children just so he could claim America all to himself.
