Changes to all 3 communities

I just updated all 3 communities. Here's a outline of what I accomplished.
Posted in: rp_room, braille_talk and vi_place

• Updated the rules list on the user info page. New rule is now rule #1.
  
• Changed all 3 communities to have the same look and feel.
  
• Removed FAQ link.
  
• New Link is Post Topic (easier access) right under the Leave link.
  
• Removed old blindvi website url and updated with new url.
  
• All member's pages on these 3 communities are filtered out.
  
• Changed the community titles in all journals.
