I have my wedding dress pattern!
Hi All! Hope everyone had a fantstic Holiday. Mine was so relaxing. On Wednesday night my mother came and picked me up to drive me down to their house in Connecticut. From there I proceeded to relax and do nothing in particular. Christmas was incredible. I always loved Christmas, and this is the last time that I spend time with y family as a singl woman. Next year Chris and I will be in Massachusetts with his family. It will be a large Christmas, something that is new to me, but I'm sure I'll adapt. As long as I'm with my
As for gifts, my favorites include every single season f MASH, a box that my mother made for me that has a tile on top with a cat on it. I also got a gift card to American Eagle. Not to mention a set of wine glasses. Walker took a leisurely nap in my lap while we opened presents. Needless to say my legs and rear fell asleep and it took me a few minutes before I could even stand.
Today, I went to the fabric store with my mother to find apattern for my wedding dress. She will be making it for me as part of our wedding gift. She will also be making the cake. So a good thousand or so dollars has been saved for other things. The dress has an off the shoulder look and a full skirt. But it's not a big fluffy huge skirt, but it has a nice shape.
Now I am sitting in the living room, writing reports from a tech eval that I performed last week and watching MASH.
