VI086 [Closed Thread]
[It's very close to the night of the dinner party and Wei has spent most of the day in the kitchen, painstakingly cooking the meal for this very night. It was only painstaking for him not because of the cooking itself, but because as he cooked, Yukimura would come in and try to get a taste test of everything Wei spent time creating. It didn't take too long at all before Wei ultimately banned samurai from the kitchen by taking one of the pictures he had drawn of Yukimura while with Namine's memories, and then drawing a red circle with a red line crossing out the doodle samurai before then resuming.
Since Wei wasn't sure what everyone would want to be eating, he made a various assortment of foods for them all to eat. He made sure to make his egg rolls for himself and Yukimura, then just went wild from there. Contractors may not be all that creative, but Wei was sure creative when it came to food. If he had to go all out, he would go all out. Wei put the last of the food needing to be heated into the oven before setting everything to bring out to the table that they had put out to fit the amount of people that would be there. Since they had needed room, Wei had to move his couch out of the way which made him cranky, but otherwise he would get over that small detail. He went out of the kitchen hoping to see a set table since he had asked Yukimura to do something useful.]
Is the table set? I'm done with all of the cooking, and our guests should be here any moment now. Also, make sure Sa-chan has food and water in the guest room before we close the door on her and the kittens. They're cute, but we don't need the kittens trying to climb up our guest's legs while we're eating.
