Meet Boogie

Nov 20, 2005 04:54

Boogie is my new car. Boogie is a 1995 Dodge Neon Sport (:

Boogie is also a MANUAL. We picked BOOGIE up today after like sixty zillion trips to the little dealer.
I love Boogie.

Now that i'm sober, let me elaborate....I bought a neon at the end of June thinking it was in great condition and I've put over $800 into it since then...and that was with my friend fixing it so it's really cheap. If you'd like I can give you a whole bunch of stuff to keep your eye on

really your having problems with it?

We ran a CarFax, this car has only had two owners..so it hasnt been changing hands alot. I think a different owner ever 5 years is fairly reasonable.

Ive had fun driving it (:

Everything in a neon is setup up stupid and it makes it hard to fix so it's usually expensive to fix. The transmissions or the head gasket in a neon usually go and they're very expensive. Within 3 months I had to get a new circuit board, new water pump, new timing belt, and a new radiator. It's just been one thing after another and more stuff is going to go wrong. My friend just changed my spark plugs and all but one was covered in oil. I'm trying to sell it while it's still running which sucks because it's a really cute car. I'd like to get a truck or a jeep now instead.
