Let Me Whisper In Your Ear
So I'm updating. Woo hoo. Decided on NOT taking the job at Chili's. Good thing too because their management SUCKS. Umm...got a job at LFCC and an interview at BAM! tomorrow. Hopefully I get the job there because I really want a discount and I want to be able to submerge myself in books a few times a week. Since Monday (and since the day Chuck and I haven't been talking) I've read almost 2 books. About to finish the 2nd one up tonight. It's been great. I have rekindled my love for reading. It makes my panties wet. Umm..what else. Classes have been going great. I've been doing my work and I actually can comprehend about 90% of what's going on. My child psych class is a bit hard...it's one of the two online courses I'm taking. But I'll catch up and get used to it.
Jon and I had a long talk on Thursday after SDV. It was nice. I've realized that I really like talking to people...well people who are halfway intelligent and who listen as well as talk back and give advice...so that pretty much just involves Jon, Matt, Zach, and maybe the occasional random person. I've found in my years that guys are soooo much easier to talk to than girls. Girls always want to judge and they don't ever really LISTEN. They just relate the situation to themselves and don't give advice. I'm not really talking bad about girls because I am one and I know I do it too. Eh, oh well.
I've taken a liking to writing again as well. I really wish I could contact my old creative writing teacher. We were good friends in high school and I want to get in touch with him to see how things are going in California with his new wife. Maybe someday I'll figure out how to put the internet to good use. As for now I'm off to finish my book then head to bed.
