around the world - 24 flights, 17 destinations, 51 days!
i bought my rtw ticket today. my credit card has a huge dent in it now. here's the final itinerary:
in addition to this, i'm buying two additional round trip flights:
1. lima, peru to cuzco, peru to get to machu picchu the morning of 22 nov.
2. rio de janiero, brazil to foz do iguacu, brazil to get to iguzu falls during the week of 3 dec.
that's a total of 24 flights to 17 destinations in 51 days!
i believe i only have to sleep in an airport once this entire trip - woohoo! it'll be ok though since i'm an AA platinum (oneworld sapphire) member which means i get access to airport lounges to relax in.
anyone interested in meeting up along the way?
