My dog had surgery today :(. I have no idea how it happened, but the bottom side of his tail got cut. He seemed fine, but I decided to take him to the vet anyway. Good thing too. The wound was so deep it cut through some arteries, including the major one that goes through his tail.

He is home with me now and very groggy. He can barely walk, yet he stumbled around following me to the kitchen when I went to get some water! What a sweetie. Sigh.

I need to invest in some pet insurance.
