Pork Loin

Paprika, Black/Red/White Pepper, Cumin, Garlic, Kosher Salt, and a scant dash of clove and allspice. Add mustard seed, and put in oven at about 200.

At some point in about 6 hours or so, dinner will be done and ready to eat. During this time I'll boil and then mash some potatoes with garlic and bacon.
