The game went shockingly well.
Everything that could go right, did, and a few things I wasn't expecting went right as well. Great job everyone!
The only minor annoyance was that my pacing was somewhat off. Of course, the beginning of the session could have had a firmer starting time, but that was somewhat unavoidable as people came in at different times and I was busy looking for my session notes.
Actually, that might have hurt - the session that I had prepared wasn't as interesting as what transpired.
I was concerned that Lord Onyxfrost wouldn't have any RP opportunities, but he involved himself in some of the most interesting exploration.
I was worries that Blackmail wouldn't find anything of interest in this session, but he threw himself into the situation and found a lot to do.
Lenore became quite involved in the situation as well, without any aid from (despite?) my attempts to make her a part of the current story.
I have a few brand-new twists planned from what happened this session that should allow the players to inject a whole ton of Villainy into the game (if they so choose).
I can't wait for the next session.
