Alright,
After discussing the situation with moderators from the other LIMS that the user was in, we have decided to take action against the user and ban them and the accounts that share the same IP from this round. I will most likely be banning all three users involved, but there is a part of me that still wants to give them another chance. However, the more time goes on, the more evidence surfaces and the weirder everything gets. But right now, I just need to focus on getting this community back on schedule.
I have asked those of you who voted for the icon in question to pick another icon either as a favourite or for elimination in place of the disqualified entry, so if you could please do that, I'd greatly appreciate it!

The participant also won a people's choice award. As they had tied with another user, the other user is now the sole winner of that award.
I'm hopeful that I'll get the voting mess sorted out by tomorrow, and by then I'll be able to have results and a new theme up. Anyway, I'd like everyone's opinion on how long to run the next theme.
