Yep. Answering the same questions over and over. I guess it's easy to turn to a static authority-esque figure, but they are given a big ol' packet of information. It can't be that hard to skim through that instead of coming down and asking said static figure, who is busy telling people that yes you do need to swipe your ID card in two different spots, the bus stop is down that way, and no I cannot get your internet to work for you. Sure they're mostly new students, but it's not a huge step on the path to independence to look up information yourself.
Though I did get to chat with a cute girl who needed her computer fixed. She plans to be the editor of Vanity Fair in 20 years. Anybody who can plan long term is kind of impressive for me, who has no clue what he'll be doing once he graduates. In like four damn months. Jeez... Kinda hard to sample the wide world of political science with all these classes in the way.
Oh yeah, classes start Thursday. Boooo.
