last night
last night was badass! went to see nonpoint in san antonio with suzie. dear god elias is so hot. seriously, hes the hottest puerto rican ever. i got off work at 230 bc i thought i would need that extra time before we were supposed to leave at 3. but, suzie didnt get picked up from her work volleyball tourney until right at 3 and then she still had to get home and take a shower and get ready. dumb. we ended up leaving a lot later than we wanted to, like right at 430. we still had to go to get money out of the bank for her and get her some food before heading out. finally, after me getting slightly harassed by a guy who needed a ride to his house near MLK bc his car had broken down, we were off. we were about half way there when i heard my truck making the same sound i heard it making when i really needed oil before so i decided we needed to pull over so i could buy some oil. i went into the gas station and bought 2 quarts. when i got back outside i took off the cap on the motor oil tank(?) and of course, the cap fell down into the maze known as the engine. crap. luckily, two older guys pulled up right next to us and noticed we were having problems. one asked what he could do and he ended up getting the cap out for us!! once again, we headed back out on the road. soon enough, we got to the venue and there was NO ONE there waiting in line. were sitting there and one of the security guys started talking about papa roach. for some reason, he decided to go to his car to get us pictures that he took at the concert?! what the hell??? and then he proceeded to give them to us! bc either of us wanted them.. whatever. so we sat in front of the door for like 30 minutes before kb and elias (both from nonpoint) came up to us and talked to us for a minute. kb even remembered suzie and her tattoo. we sat there for a little while waiting for people to start showing up. soon 2 cool people showed up and we talked to em for a while. effing finally the show started with 4 local bands: dollyrots, minority (which suzie and i both thought was funny bc all of the guys in the band were mexican lol), meek, and another one that i cant remember. when elias finally walked out i went fuckin cuh-razy. it was so great. after the concert i got to take a picture with elias (which im positive will be absolutely gross looking considering i was literally sopping wet with sweat. both my shirt and pants were soaked and my hair all gross and im sure the makeup wasnt too good looking either. finally got home around 3 after dropping suzie off. just as i was about to get home, i saw a dog hobbling in the road with a hurt leg. so i slowed down and he got in front of my truck so i couldnt move. i put my flashers on and stopped. when i got out i saw that he had a broken shoulder and he was blind. i felt soooo sorry for the guy. all i could do was lead him to the side of the road and then run back into my car and drive home. but i walked back to where he was and two guys in a truck had stopped to help him. but none of us could do anythign for him. i walked back and told my dad about him and i literally started crying because there was nothing i could do for him. sad ending to my overall fun night. oh, and i bought a nonpoint tshirt! YAYAYAY! this was a long entry.
