Sunday Is As Sunday Does

So last night I ended up getting to bed really late, I roughly had like 5-6 hours sleep...Mainly because I woke up to the flatmates being all loud and annoying with their stomping about and loud talking, etc. I simply tossed and turned for a bit, trying to get back to sleep, before I decided to just get up and about.

Been watching the Olympics on an off all day, oddly enough here in Australia the tv channels seem to show a fair bit of Canadian coverage...Sadly at one point I was banging my head against the wall because all that was on was Water Polo with Canada vs Spain, which Spain spanketh the Canadian asseth.....Now I think cycling is on *sighs*

I'm contemplating if I want to gather up enough effort to walk into town and watch that new Seth Rogan, or whatever his name is, movie: "Pineapple Express"

So far survery says: "NEIN!"

I got some curry flavoured chicken sausages thawing out for dinner tonight so I'll have those and just relax around the house.

I got my fingers and toes crossed that tomorrow I'll have my tax return in my bank account, that'd be nice.

The other night I had an important lodge meeting...I almost didn't go because I was very pissed off at what I had to deal with (ie: bad shoddy jewelry in a girl and the "piercer" did a lot of lying and bullshitting)...But I walked to the lodge and got mysel calmed down enough to enjoy the evening and have a great time. I ended up drinking Tiger Beer and Pure Blonde for the entire evening and I was VERY mellow afterwards...Quite an enjoyable evening...

I'm really waiting for Hellboy 2 to hit the theatres here in Darwin. Last I recall it should be happening at some point this month in August, infact I think it's this coming weekend although I'm not quite sure...I'm going to have to look into that...

Other than that I've been trying to get a bunch of Misfits songs but my connection hasn't been consistent or steady so its taking quite some time. Argh!

I also need to find more songs to listen to but being here in Darwin my thumb's far away from the pulse of what I regularily listen to argh!

I'll be happy once my tax return comes so I can buy an iPOD and have more on it then just reggae music...I like my variety..
