1) I am fucking scared. Absolutely 100% terrified I am going to lose the ability to walk. I nearly did today doing the route, and I am going to find a way to magic out of thin air $20 to go see a doctor

Definately see a doctor. Try to get on the state healthcare if possible (I know you've prolly already tried, but...)

-hugs- Mom told me that WA's got some new thing because of the Health Care bill for people in my position: no job, under 25 but too old to be on the parent's insurance, no insurance, etc. Will be looking into it.
