Highly defined again!
Time-Warner fixed my issue so I now get the channels that I signed up for yay me! I also got the patch cord and power strip in the mail so instead of two power strips I just have one, now. Still a giant mess of cords behind the rack.
Today you can call me a dumbass because I left money and cards at home. Didn't bring a lunch because I had planned to go across the street to get a burger. Woops. Guess I just have to drink my V8 juice.
