Absolutely. I think it's the same one most people started shipping them in: that one ending of the DS game. You know. The one where they get married. I mean, really, most slash pairings only dream about becoming as canon as that. I had to ship it, man. It was my civic duty. ♥

Nope! Being filler characters at heart, the zanpakutou largely go ignored by the fandom. I've never seen fic about any zanpakutou, and only a couple fanarts of either Zabimaru. :c

No, because there are only about 7 pictures of them in existence, and none of them has ever seemed to lend itself to that. Maybe I'll use one for a phone wallpaper or something sometime, though!

5. Why is 1 so important?
Well. Jade/Valmont and I have been through a lot. JCA is one of my oldest and most emotionally invested fandoms, and this ship, man. This ship has caused me no end of trouble. I spent a very, very long time actively trying not to ship it, but it was like those two were conspiring against me, I swear to god. They just have so many great interactions and get set up with or against each other so many times. And at some point it went from a guilty pleasure to a full-blown THIS IS MY OTP I WILL GO DOWN WITH THIS SHIP THEY ARE CANON OMG BABIES. So, yeah. I'm going to hell. I mention that I am going to hell every time I talk about this ship, because it is true. It is pedoey and wrong and probably should not be shipped, and certainly not this much, but dang it, I've already got that space in hell reserved. Can't do anything about it now. At least I can take a small bit of comfort in knowing that they have just as much kawaii chemistry when they're both kids. So it's only pedo sometimes. c:
6. Is 9 a funny ship or a serious ship?
Those goofballs? Definitely more of a funny ship. It's certainly a crack ship, anyway! On the other hand, though, I am serious about shipping it. I am serious about all the ships.
7. Out of all of your ships listed, which ship has the most chemistry?
In terms of canon interaction? I think that might be Ganta/Minatsuki, with Ladd/Claire and Jade/Valmont coming in after.
8. Out of all of the ships, which ship has the strongest bond?
Axel/Roxas/Xion, by far and forever. Even disregarding the fact that two of them are actually kind of the same person, they just have this beautiful perfect deep friendship and loveship and I babies ;_;
9. How many times have you read/watched 10’s fandom?
I'm still playing it! Working my way through the chapters in order. I'm on Tadakatsu right now.
10. Which ship has lasted the longest?
That's gotta be Taiora, but only by a very brief margin over Whitney/Bugsy. We're talking, what, 11 years I've been shipping this thing now? It was so canon even my 7-year-old self could see it. And I'm still mad it never actually happened. >:|||
11: How many times, if ever, has 6 broken up?
That would require them to get together first! In my headcanon they've never broken up, of course. :P Though sometimes they fight about stuff and spend a while not talking. But mostly they're a pretty chill couple.
12. If the world was suddenly thrust into a zombie apocalypse, which ship would make it out alive, 2 or 8?
Taichi and Sora for sure, assuming they had their Digimon with them. Snake and Karin would probably hide until the zombies found them and then fight like hell when cornered, but eventually succumb. Taichi and Sora would just be roasting zombies on their digimon ain't give a crap.
13: Did 7 ever have to hide their relationship for any reason?
It's been a while since I played the game, but I think they did have to pretend they were less close than they actually were. Unless I am just making that up? Note to self: replay Days.
14: Is 4 still together?
Sadly, Whitney and Bugsy have never been together in canon and they never will be. ;_; So, in my mind, yes. Always.
15: Is 10 canon?
Don't I wish. They've got subtext a mile long, though! With my shipping goggles on, anyway.
16: If all ten ships were put into a couple’s Hunger Games, which couple would win?
I thought about this for a minute before I realized, duh, of course Ladd and Claire would win. This sort of thing would be right up their alley. They'd have a grand old time just killing everyone else. But screw you for making me think about 9/10ths of these guys dying horribly, so have a pairing-by-pairing breakdown so you can be sad as much as I am.
- Jade and Valmont are kind of fail at teamwork, which is kind of a problem in a couples Hunger Games. Between that and the fact that they don't really have any special powers (assuming no talismans), they don't last too long. :(
- Despite their unpromising status as half a zanpakutou and a middle school soccer player, Snake and Karin stay alive for a surprisingly long while, thanks in no small part to Karin's ingenuity. Eventually they get cornered up a tree, I think.
- Ganta and Minatsuki are actually old pros at this! Being put in an arena and told to kill each other is second nature to them now. So they might have had a chance to win it, if Ganta didn't suffer a complete and utter breakdown at the thought of having to go through that kind of hell all over again. Minatsuki can't bring herself to abandon him, although she continually threatens to while insulting him, so she mostly just kind of drags him along and does all the work for a while. When they find themselves threatened, though, Ganta rises to the occasion spectacularly. Just not spectacularly enough to beat Ladd and Claire. :( Also, Ladd is very impressed by their blood powers, and keeps wondering how he could get his hands on some of those.
- Whitney and Bugsy are probably the first to die. Without Pokémon, they really don't have any way to fight, and they're just kids, after all. ;_;
- Uryuu gets his hands on a bow early on, so he and Ken are able to hide for a fair while while picking off the occasional person who gets too close. Eventually, though, Ken gets hit while Uryuu's back is turned. He dies tragically in Uryuu's arms. Uryuu is killed while mourning.
- I'm not sure how Xion managed to weasel her way in as a third member, but weasel she did. Since these three have a decent amount of combat and stealth expertise, they probably make it to the final three teams or so. When Roxas and Xion die before Axel, though, he just kinds of loses it and yells for the others to come at him, bro. Think Tony at the end of West Side Story. Anyway, come at him they do.
- I think Taichi and Sora are the second to go. As with Whitney and Bugsy, no mons = no fight. These games are horribly unfair. :(
- John and Nepeta probably overestimate their chances of survival, given that they've died a fair few times before, and rush into something dangerous without thinking it through all the way. Sorry, guys. No dreamselves here. :(
- The heroine (henceforth Mayuko) and Oichi know a little bit more than the gym leaders about being in combat, but they also know enough to know they don't really have a change against the others. Oichi is dead-set on sacrificing herself for her lady, but Mayuko holds up a hand to silence her and tells her that if they're going to die, they're going to die together. They face death holding hands.

I'm not sure it's possible to sabotage a crack crossover ship based mostly on the fact that both characters have the same English voice actor, which only exists in my head and a few pictures I've commissioned. :|a

I assume in the case of these ships, this doesn't mean they break up in canon (because none of them are canon); it just means neither I nor anyone else can ship them ever again. D: In that case, though, I think the one I'm least emotionally attached to is Snake/Karin. I'm sorry, bbs. I still love you. You are young. You will find other people. I'm not... I'm not crying... ;_;
