Now, assuming I passed all my finals, I'm a big bad fourth year. And if you can't tell....I'm very excited (scared s***less, but still excited. Today I had my last final exam (ever) and then had a whole afternoon of clinical orientation, which wasn't really all that helpful. I have the rest of this week off, and then next monday (that's one week from today!!!!) I have to be a vet-wanna-be at the clinic. Basically my class will be running things, and yes we will be under the supervision of the clinicians but here's where we are the ones making the decisions. This is were we really prove if we learned jack in the first three years. I hope I can keep my cool and not look like a complete idiot. My first rotation is Oncology and most the clinicians in that department seem really nice, so I'm looking forward to starting there. But dealing with cancer patients and their owners is going to be really scarey and stressful.
