I don't want to be offered a job. Is that weird?
If I get offered a job, though, I don't get redundancy - and I REALLY REALLY REALLY don't want the job they're offering. I had a chat to the new senior manager of our area & said that I was afraid that if I moved back into my old team in my old area, I'd be doing my old job. He couldn't actually say I wouldn't - all he'd say was that I'd keep my title and that my old job had changed a lot since I did it.
14 and a bit days to go until the consultation period is over... I guess something could change in that time. In the meantime, it's really hard to keep working.
