(no subject)
Well I did NOT get the aquarium job. I'm kind of bummed about it, but like I said... middle aged housewife going against trendy teenagers, you could really *see* that's the type of employee they wanted.
I'm not giving up on my job search though, I'm checking out other places I'd like to work, pet stores and book stores ahoy! Maybe one of them will be more into hiring me. I'd LIKE to get a job soon, so I can save up and have extra money for my trip to dragoncon. Otherwise I'm stuck with whatever shawn gives me and his idea of extra cash for a trip ranges in the $20-$30 area.
Mostly I'm just hoping for something that will give me something to DO during the day. I'm tired of sitting around like a lump all day.
