I've read a little bit about this game (what little there is). I am intrigued. Apparently you pick which protagonist to play as??? And the concept art/screenshots are WAY pretty.
I've read that Namco likes to not bring their games over to the US sometimes. Hopefully that is not the case here so I can add to my very small PS3 library. xD

YEAH, it's hella gorgeous. I'm not exactly sure what they mean by "double protagonist" either but I'm super psyched that Tales is finally letting a female into the spotlight, lol.
Bamco hates bringing over Tales xD I don't think they've localized even half. I HOPE THEY BRING IT OVER, TOO.

Y'know I think KH: BBS had a similar concept...except each main character had their own scenario thingy and you had to play through all of them to actually complete the game. Or something.
And I agree about the female!! FF is also just kind of starting to have its...I guess feminist awakening. Just that they're making main females we actually *want* to play, y'know? Like this Tales girl doesn't have the high squeaky voice and actually has a sword. xD (Although I still prefer casters regardless of gender. But not the point.)
Also, PROPS to the character designers. Those kids look boss. The guy's coat has me drooling right now. (Apparently he's a medic or some crap like that...so yeah. He can't *not* be a male healer can he? That would make no sense.) I was ready for a minor pixel crush, except then he spoke in that trailer you posted and he sounds about eleven. Oh well.
That would be pretty cool, actually. I wouldn't mind that.
See the thing with Tales girls is that the side females are all pretty strong and asskicking, but the heroine is always so... heroine-y. Y'know? It's pretty annoying. (I can think of maybe like 2 exceptions, but that's it)
OH I KNOW, I love the colors on his jacket. I'm glad they decided to combine the two character designers. But his voice lol I know. I hope he is the healer.
LOL, it's pretty much exactly the same with FF heroines. Seems to be a JPRG staple unfortunately. :/ The supporting girls are varying levels of badass, but the *important* female is always a) the main protagonist's love interest, b) the white mage, c) whiny, perfect or annoying, and d) I always want to punch her in the face. Though there are exceptions, this started changing about two games ago, which is nice, so hopefully they'll keep giving the ladies some love.
HOLY, guess what? The guy's name is JUDE. haha I literally just realized this. JUDE. Forget everything I just said, I am buying this game for that reason alone now. I don't care if it isn't localized, or turns out to be terrible, or what. I just want to be all JUUUUUUUUUDE! And from now on I'm referring to him in all caps too. JUDE. New favorite.
Oh I know. I guess it goes along with the Japanese ideal of "perfect female" so the main heroine always ends up kind of dumb. :|a I'm glad things are going in a different direction though!
