Ota is in two weeks and I'm not done with Mikado lol.

Remind me to NEVER work with patterns again. I compared this to the first/previous blazer I made (Main character of Persona 3) and this is like terrible. I swear. MC was made almost completely from scratch and it's very neat looking and it's very nice. This fits all funny and it's baggy and BLAH. I definitely don't like it. Maybe I'll use the heat as an excuse to like sling it over my shoulder or something hurr durr. I was just confused the entire time I was making it and just idk. Maybe I'll just... I dunno man.
I really want to take a day week off of work. It's too mentally, physically (and dare I say spiritually?) draining for me. I walked out of the office today with a headache and it was quickly cured with a nap but I have like nothing done with cosplay stuff so I can't afford to take two hour naps so much.
I am going to finish Mikado. There is no question about it, I WILL. There's about 5 hours in between from when I get home until I need to go to bed. I really hope it doesn't take any longer, because I'm using a pattern for these pants and while everything is already cut out and there for me, I just don't understand how it's put together (and I don't understand the language, lol failure).
tl;dr NEVER AGAIN.
Tomorrow: PANTS. PANTS PANTS DEAR GOD PANTS. These will get done even if I have to stay up til midnight. THEY. WILL. GET. DONE. Also, order ears.
Wednesday: Start Judith. Make belt/leg strap thingy, gloves, begin parting/styling wig, start putting details with clay onto spear.
Thursday: Start jacket/shirt thingy. Start molding other stuff to parts of spear.
Friday: Finish jacket/shirt thingy.
Saturday: Buy all the remaining material: blue wire, spraypaint of various blue, styrofoam ball, shoes, maybe cheap fabric, paint for ears, rope, hook&eyes...? Idk gotta add to this list as I remember stuff.
Sunday: BUY THE ROPE. Make the bra thingy, start butt flap.
Monday: Finish making base for spear, start seriously styling the wig.
Tuesday: Gesso spear. Continue butt flap.
Wednesday: Finish spear. Make shoes. Finish wig. Paint ears.
Thursday: Make antennae. Finish butt flap. Fix up Alex's Rita. Finish anything not done
Bonus points if I can keep on track OR! Even get ahead of myself.
