Ok, I read a review for this book, and I'm amazed. Not because I want to read this (although I admit, I do) but because I want to DO this. What he did was read the bible, which is a daunting task all on its own, and then write his own commentaries. He's not a trained theologist, and he doesn't approach it from a theologists standpoint, but simply as a regular individuals take on the mass inconsistencies, convolutions, life lessons and discussions in the bible.
It looks fascinating.
