On Friday I went to see caverns and then eat Thai food with Cindy and her family. I might post pics when I get home if any came out cool. We felt so poor! Stuff is so expensive here, Cindy's used to LA but I'm still on Rochester pricing. Like the caverns were $17 admission, and then $3.25 for a tiny crappy slice of pizza but I had to get it because ( Read more... )

It would be such a kick-ass romance, with loads of fighting in between. And I don't mean between yourself and her (save for those sparring chapters where...well, things happen...) but there'd be assassins and rival lovers as well as other martial art masters from different schools trying to tear you all apart. It would have a soundtrack and everything!

I'd come along as back-up side-character from time to time, sometimes lending a hand (or a fist) and constantly fangirling your twoo wub. I could be the budo taijutsu liason and everything would be spiffy up until the season finale-like chapters.

"Rachel, you can't keep doing this. How long until your luck runs out?!"

And you'd be all stunned since it's your friend telling you this. Your friend?!! Doesn't she understand?

"It's not about luck, it's about our love," you'd shout.

And I'd be all "be reasonable!"

And there's shouting, since it's all very loud. All the shaking the fighting and the dirt smeared faces, bloody knuckles and stress.

But it ends well, with cherry-blossom trees and some pretty boy on a guitar for no reason. Oh God, and he loses his shirt...

There were corsets. And I had mesh sleevings and could drink without getting drunk. I didn't end up with the guitar boy though. *sigh* The sequel could start with me being dramatic about it and you taking me out. Then our newest enemy shows him/herself and we begin again with hit, creative fight scenes and a lead-up to more angst.

(My life is too mundane.)
