Here are a few reccomended sites for info on my area and the damage and aftermath of Katrina and Rita:

I've been holding back a lot lately about my feelings and emotions about all of this stuff going on around here and I realize that it's not healthy and good for me to do that so I am now going to try and open up a little more personally on this thing, hopefully it will help.

And here are some lyrics from a song that has really been helping me feel better lately. It's called Fall On Me, originally recorded and written by REM but the version I've been playing is by Furthermore from thier She and I album.

There’s a problem, feathers iron
Bargain buildings, weights and pullies
Feathers hit the ground before the weight can leave the air
Buy the sky and sell the sky and tell the sky and tell the sky

(chorus)
don't...
Fall on me
Fall on me
Fall on me

There’s the progress we have found
A way to talk around the problem
Building towered foresight
Isn’t anything at all
Buy the sky and sell the sky and bleed the sky and tell the sky

(repeat chorus)

Fall on me

Well I could keep it above
But then it wouldn’t be sky anymore
So if I send it to you you’ve got to promise to keep it whole

Buy the sky and sell the sky and lift your arms up to the sky
And ask the sky and ask the sky
