My wonderful Manager

My wonderful manager told us that she is planning to retire early within the next five years. She is a great manager and mentor, I need to try to learn and grow as much as I can when she is still around.

You still have 5 years, which is a long time. You might even have learned enough to take over her job by then. ;)
