(no subject)
I always think to myself - I should update my LJ. But then when I get here I never have anything that I think is worth writing about.
We've bought the two good horses back in from a break and for the first time since we picked him up, Jo is actually looking fat! Unfortunately so is Dax, and he doesn't need the extra weight, being the natural fatty that he is!
Our first hit out is at Bega next weekend which is always lovely - great grounds and good gear. Then we come back for a couple of weeks and then back to Bega again on the 1,2,3rd of January for the World Cup followed by about 7 days of jumping at Cooma which should be awesome!
We will be taking at least 4 horses - Jo, Dax, Morty, Max and probably a client horse too.
It's good to have something to work towards after the long break following the Australian Championships.
Our Horse truck is being renovated slowly but surely - the luton peak has been built but just not attached yet and the new door has been ordered! It's a great little truck, just needs a few things done.
Max was in horsedeals and I've had a fair few calls although people are such timewasting twats and say they'll come see him and then never turn up and never call. So I've gotten to the point where if I don't sell him then I'll just keep playing with him and see how it all turns out.
Anyway I'm off to update on Equestrian now with some photos of Dax at the equitation champs.
