Our new little puppy, Galataya, is being an immense jerk all the time, except when she is unbearably cute. Tonight is a night of maximum jerkishness. She ate my new headphones, I got cross, she pranced around with delight and Glinda (the older dog) hid guiltily under my desk, like it was her fault for not closely supervising the jerk at all times. Not fair, poor Glinda, she is so patient. She comes over to me for a scritch and a cuddle, then the jerk jumps on her head and bites my fingers.
At least Galataya is inching slowly towards being house trained. Once I am no longer cleaning up messes every day, I might be a bit more charitable.
Also there is a vet around the corner that has puppy pre-school on weekends. Maybe they will help us to cope.
She's only 14 weeks old. Just a baby. I must be patient. I must be patient.
