still listening to beach house, a lot. just came back from four days in texas. oscar is sitting in my lap staring up at me, waiting to be petted; check. tomorrow i need to go to the bank and the dry cleaner. someone i never thought i'd hear from again contacted me tonight. while in texas i had a dream about stacks of bicycles all over the place climbing into the sky. i'm going to make new year cards. there is a sack of candy on my bed. i'm not sure why i'm not asleep right now. i think i want to watch lost in translation again. even if you cut a lot of hair off if it's long no one will notice. on the other hand, i've lost some weight since the summer and everyone sees it except me. i bought two pairs of boots.
