In the beginning, he only chose to help out Anchor because of Takimoto, but now he was gone. Keita didn't have a choice now. Some distant part of him was scared -- so much relied on him now that he was an agent, even if he was only in training. That said, anything would be better than school, so Keita was okay with it.
Speaking of school, he really didn't want to go today, despite Seven's demands that he should. The sky was blue, empty, and inviting, and as Keita stepped outside of his home with his school bag slung over his shoulder, his earphones comfortably playing music in the background, he paused briefly to look up at it. Today, he decided, he would do something different.
"What style are you looking for, sir?"
Keita thought about it for a second, settling into the hair stylist's chair. "Short."
The scissors snapped, and a chunk of his hair fell to the floor by his feet.
Takimoto had called him kind. No one else had acknowledged him like that, and slowly he had come to realize that something had changed in him that day. Keita owed Takimoto for that. Keita would do this for him.
