If you haven't seen it, I believe this is the Japanese blog post in question. (My Google skill is being put to good use, ha ha.)

It still sounds like a rumor to me though, (Igarashi could do PR for some other thing unrelated to the movie, after all) but at least there is hope now. :)

Also, there is this entry from the same blog. It links to another blog (first link) where the picture you post appears to come from.

And personally I don't see any problem with Mirai being back wearing a GUYS uniform. ::Too happy to think of how illogical the idea might be::

Yeah, that was my first (coherent) thought as well. He resigned GUYS at the end. Eh, either way, I'll take it. :) *is getting increasingly bitter that the movie will probably be out of the theaters by the time I hit Japan next fall*
