I just knew Dean was going to be great with the baby! And I love the acknowledgment of all the similar things Dean had done when Sam was a baby.

Poor Sam feeling so embarrassed about not having money, a car, welfare, not going to school! That is so hard to handle when you worry about being pitied or looked down on him for it. Dean was so great in really trying to make Sam understand he had nothing to be ashamed of.

Can't wait for more!

Thanks!!! I feel like this story is moving very slowly. It's going to be a while before I finish it. Hopefully my readers can be patient with me :)

And I must admit I know what it's like to be poor and young and have to do whatever is necessary to take care of an unexpected baby, so I am drawing on a bit of personal experience here.
