While I lounge to see the rightfully angry Sam again, the force-fed friendship between Dean and Cas isn't going to cause that protective anger from Sam in light of Cas' betrayal. Dean is going to be just fine with the idea of stopping Cas, in fact it was Cas girls that told me they called bullshit on Dean using "family" on Cas. It is Dean who is going to be mega pissed and angry at Cas for what he did to Sam when Dean only got the real Sam back for a short time.

I never really saw the relationship between Cas and Dean as force-fed on the show, but I guess we all have our own ways of interpreting what we see. Personally, I just like to write about pissed off BAMFy Sam :)

Well the latest eppie answered that one: Dean was MEGA PISSED at Cas while Sammy was his ever forgiving self and reached out to Cas. Dean was quite the eager beaver to have Cas killed.

I guess it's lucky for me that I don't write fic to tell the future, I just write what pops into my head. And just so you know, there's no need to post anonymously here. I welcome ALL feedback, good or bad.

I have to agree, even about the so-called friendship between Dean and Castiel. They spent, what, 14 days total in eachother's company?

Anyways, I too think Dean is the one who is going to be "mega pissed" and it's about time. Dean is the sort of person who doesn't notice your flaws for a long time but once he does, he won't forgive easily, if at all. Where as Sam does notice your flaws early on but forgives you soon after. Dean has been ridiculously tolerant of Castiel but after what he did to Sam, that got-me-out-of-hell-before-I-became-a-demon card is done. In fact that card should have been obliberated the moment Castiel became knowingly involved in the Apocalypse-starting business which, btw, Sam then sacrificed himself to Hell in part to clean up Castiel's mess.

I am just hoping for a strong, Dean-centric storyline this season. Though I am a dedicated SamGirl, I think it's time the focus shifted a bit after the events of last season.

Agree, as long as we got Sam's POV and see how events effects him. For far too long the stories were told through Dean's eyes and interpreted through his screwed up perspectives, which at the very least is more than abit twisted. Sam at least has a more "normal" oulook on life, it could bring more balance to the series.
