My first thought was actually Stephen Fry as Mycroft and I was like, wait, wait, wait, that was the movie lol.

I never thought of Sherlock having this kind of disorder but it does make sense, taking into context his overall personality. Good one, this.

This is perfect - a very good description of body dysmorphic disorder. As a sufferer myself, I used to act a lot like Sherlock, but I'm getting better now. Well done, great fic.
