This was really good, I liked it a lot.
And of course it being Sam/Cas makes it that much better.

I'm so sorry that it took me so long to get here, but I'm glad I waited. I needed to be in just the right frame of mind to fully appreciate this. I think you did a lovely job expressing the mess of Castiel's crazy-thinking. And can I say, I'm glad you went with his POV as opposed to Sam's. I love how he trips seamlessly from one disjointed thought to another. And surprise!bloodplay! There was some great imagery in that, the bloody lines dripping like rain and forming pictures.
